Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our guarantee. We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30 day refund policy from when you have received your purchase (not to be mistaken with your order date). If 30 days have gone by since you have received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
We can only offer refunds or exchanges on new and undamaged items that are still in the original condition and packaging. If the item arrives damaged, you can request a refund or reshipment. If you receive the wrong item, you may request a refund or reshipment. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on worn or used products. Pictures of the damaged or wrong item will need to be provided for all refunds or reshipments to be granted. If 45 days have gone by since your order has shipped and you have not received your order, you may ask for a refund or reshipment.
Refunds will be returned to the same method of order payment, or if chosen, by store credit that never expires.
Order Cancellation/Change
You may cancel or alter an order by contacting us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once we have processed and shipped your order, we cannot cancel or change it.
